Transavatar

Berenice painted Transavatar before she watched the Avatar movie. After seeing the movie, in which beings deeply related to nature were blue, her connection with this painting became even stronger.

The face is androgynous, partly male and partly female, and the gender is non-defianable, which is why she called the painting “Transavatar”. It’s painted with acrylic and a collage of various materials.
